Standard Shipping Procedures
All in-stock items will ship within two business days of placing your order. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 12pm to 6pm CST. Orders placed after 6pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
We currently offer shipping to the continental United States only. All continental US orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
If your order contains an item that is out of stock, your item may ship directly from the manufacturer.
We cannot guarantee to have every item in our catalog in-stock at all times.
To provide faster delivery, items which are not in-stock may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. If this is the case, you will be notified within one business day of placing your order.
The only shipping policy we can control is our own. We try our best to select manufacturers who ship in a timely manner, but it is ultimately beyond our control. If your item is being shipped from the manufacturer, we will notify you via email and communicate any additional delays, should they arise. The avergage shipping time from any of our manufacturer’s is three business days. This of course, depends on the time of day that you placed your order.
If your item is shipped from the manufacturer, you will still recieve updates via email on order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking numbers just as you would if your item had been in-stock.
Once your item has a tracking number and has been picked up by the carrier, we no longer have control over delivery.
Sometimes if your shipping address is a business and the business is not open during the hours that USPS attempts delivery, they will mark the package as delivered and try again the next business day. (This happens a lot on holidays that aren’t federal holidays or when the delivery is super early in the day.)
USPS also has a terrible habit of delivering to your neighbors. We’ve had many customers receive delivery confirmation, only to find that USPS had delivered their package next door or across the street.

If you find yourself frequently experiencing problems with delivery services, we recommend a service like Goin’ Postal.
We carry a variety of very large items that do not qualify for free shipping. We do our best to make it clear in the product description if an item does not qualify for free shipping.
If you would like to purchase an Oversized Item that does not qualify for free shipping, you may do so at any time. Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted with a shipping quote within one business day. If you choose not to purchase shipping, the item will be refunded.

We reserve the right to classify any item as Oversized and to require additional shipping charges where necessary. We will do our best to make sure this is clearly noted in the product description. Items that are generally considered oversize include but are not limited to:
- large body plastics such as hoods and fenders
- tires and wheels
- snow blades
