ODES Tech Support FAQs

I just have a quick question. Is there a number I can call or can someone call me? If your question pertains to an order or a product, please contact us. If you need assistance with your ODES, you can reach out to us on Facebook messenger or purchase our Personal Support plan for a single issue.
Do you offer a discount to ODES dealers? We do not offer special dealer discounts at this time with the exception of our Professional Support Plan. If you plan to use our services for more than one vehicle, we recommend our Platinum Support Plan. On the Platinum plan, you're free to place support requests on up to three separate VINs.
Do you offer full or partial refunds? Premium Support Plans are not eligible for refund. If you choose to cancel, you will still be able to use your plan until the end of the billing cycle.
I think my issue should be covered under warranty. Can you submit the claim for me?We can help you troubleshoot your issue, but we cannot submit a warranty claim for a vehicle we did not physically inspect. If you would like to schedule an appointment at our shop in St. Joseph, Missouri, please contact us directly.
I have multiple vehicles. Can I change the VIN on my plan? At this time, our Personal and Performance Support plans support a single VIN. If you would like to add a second (or even a third!) VIN, we recommend upgrading your plan to the Professional Support Plan. You could also purchase Personal support and pay only for the issues we assist with.
How often can I change the VIN on my plan? Our Personal and Performance plans are for personal use only and therefore allow a single VIN that cannot be changed. Our Professional Plan allows up to three VINs on record at a time. We allow a single VIN rotation per year on the Professional plan. To rotate a VIN on your plan, please speak with your assigned Support Representative.
